I Spy A Winner!

The I Spy Treasure Hunt book is one of the many 'I Spy' books enjoyed by our family. We have the 'I Spy Extreme Challenger', 'I Spy School Days', 'I Spy Christmas' and 'I Spy Super Challenger' to name just a few of our books. They will entertain no matter what your age. Our children and now our grandchildren have pulled these books out many times. They are like magnets and will draw in whoever is around to your side to help find the hidden I Spy items. Here's a hint. If, no - when, you have trouble finding any of the objects turn the book upside down and that just might help. ~ The Boss

Lot's of fun

I bought this book for my kids ages six and seven. They both love it. This book is a nice mix of hard to find and easier to find items. These I spy books also made nice birthday gifts for some other children we know.

My favorite of the I Spy Series!

My family has enjoyed I Spy Picture Riddles for many years. I Spy Treasure Hunt is my personal favorite. The reader is invited to search for hidden items on pages that represent an imaginary seaside town. The first puzzle page features the train station, while the next two page spread is the "View from Duck Pond Inn". Eventually, the Pirate's treasure is revealed! I enjoy the less flashy and cluttered look of this particular book, though my kids seem to highly enjoy all the I Spy books. I recommend them for all ages!

A good I Spy book for treasure hunters

Welcome to Smuggler's Cove! Here you will have to solve a bunch of riddles in order to find a hidden treasure.

This book has realistic pictures to make it really look like you are in Smuggler's Cove. Please note that some of the objects blend in. For example, if you are looking for a thumbtack, the thumbtack is made to look like a satellite dish. Another oddity is that the duck pond is not only where ducks swim, but a pond that actually looks like a duck! There are also various destinations to look in, like the Treasure Chest store, the old barn, and Shipwreck Shore.

Overall, 4 Stars. This book is a good book for treasure hunters. However, if you really want a treat, check out the I Spy Treasure Hunt computer game. It has a lot of cool new riddles, new destinations to explore, and best of all, 3 hidden treasures!

Hours of Fun!!

This book has provided hours of fun for my 7 year old son and I. The pictures themselves are just wonderful to look at! This I Spy book has been one of our favorites. If your child likes pirate themes, then this book is for you!

Great Book Great scenery

My husband and 7 kids love these books. They sharpen the mind. We love all I spy except for Spooky Night. Treasure Hunt has great pictures and scenery. You will not be disappointed!!

Great book, Wrong Age Range

I think the I Spy Series is Wonderful and Treasure Hunt has great pictures. My only negative is that the age range listed in Amazon is wrong, and even the 4-8 age range usually listed for this book should be a little higher, like 6-8. I have to admit that I have a hard time finding the pictures, so my 4 year old gets frustrated with this one.

I think the Picture Riddles is a great one for 4 year olds to start with.
