An excellent book/journal to keep all the spells and charms "you learn" through reading the HP books
and makes a great gift.

But I wouldn't pay $15 for a journal. I got it for less. But, really, it's just a blank book with "watermarks" of Harry Potter crests in the background. If you really need it, do it. If you could write in any book with lines for less money, do that instead.

This would be great for someone who uses a journal or would like to, but for someone who is just a fan of Harry Potter, they may find it dissappointing to have a blank book on their shelf. It's a pretty indulgent thing to buy if you aren't going to put it to good use. So write in it!

This book, or journal should I say, is a magnificent gift. If you are looking for something as a last minute birthday gift, particularly for a girl I recommend this journal. It has a very unique cover and is a wonderful place to draw or record your feelings.
