Very cute.

This is a small board book. Perfect to fit in Christmas stockings and little toddlers' hands. It's quite silly and really fun.

Fun faces!

At first I was disappointed that this book was a small board book, but my kids liked it so much I got over that quickly. It was in my almost 2 yr old daughters stocking Christmas morning and she kept opening it and laughing, even slapping the floor! Teaches emotions and expressions too.

Great book, poor binding

This is my 16-month old son's second favorite book (the first is Ten Little Ladybugs). He loves the book, can hold it himself, and often sits and "reads" it alone, too. However, in reading alone, has grabbed the pages from the binding side and easily tore the book in half. I glued it back, and it seems to hold for now.

Easy to read

This book is suitable for a 1-2 year old. My little boy is 3 but is a big Sesame Street fan so he still enjoyed it. It's very colourful with thick laminated pages which makes it easy to clean. I would recommend this to other parents.

Monster faces make happy faces

My one-year old daughter loves this book so much that she has completely worn it out. It is quite durable but she carries it everywhere. It is her favorite. She enjoys making 'monster voices' to go with the monster faces. She has taken to reading it to herself at times. We love this book and are buying it for a friend's newborn - along with another copy for my daughter!

One of our very favorites

Illustrated in full color. Whose face is that on the cover? That's right--it's red-hot Elmo! Toddlers will learn to link facial expressions to emotions as they take a close-up look at some of the funniest, fuzziest monster faces on Sesame Street! Look at Zoe's happy face, she has a yummy lollipop. Elmo has a sad face, he's just dropped his ice cream cone. Poor Elmo! Can you make a "sorry Elmo" face?

One of our favorites

My son loves this book! He's only 3 months old, but he likes to look at the pictures and hear me act out the faces with my voice. I'm sure this little book will continue to be one of his favorites. I agree that Amazon's age group seems off.

My one year old loves this book! I don't believe that Amazon's age group is right; this book is perfect for babies. Very colorful, lots of pages, and small enough for little hands to hold.

Infant to toddler a great way to teach feelings.

I purchased this book when my son was only 3 months old. We have spent many hours looking and talking about the different feeling and expressions the Sesame Characters are showing. My son is now 16 months and calls for his "Faces" book by name. He loves to imitate the looks he sees on the bright colorful pages. I would reccomend this book to everyone with a small child.
