Amazing workout!

OK, I studied dance for a REALLY long time, so your mileage may vary. That said, when this book found its way to me, I was very out of shape. I'd stopped dancing about 5 years ago and during that time my body just completely fell apart: carpal tunnel, joint pain, and a lot of extra weight found a way to sneak up on me. I went back to take a ballet class and thought my feet were going to fall off, it was that hard to get back into it. I figured I was doomed to be an ordinary, unfit American forever. After two weeks of doing this workout, though, my knees don't hurt anymore and there's a lot more I can do. A smaller waist and more defined shoulders, arms, and legs were just an added bonus!
I think anyone, dancer or not, can benefit from doing the exercises here. You will not lose 30 pounds in 30 days, but you might end up looking as though you had!

binding falls apart

The content of this book is OK, but the quality of the book is poor. After relatively little use, the binding fell apart and most of the pages are loose, so it's extremely inconvenient to use.
A Clear Semi-pictorial Instruction Book

Although this book does not show anything new in the world of working out, the dancers and sequencing pictures are beautifully portrayed. The dancers are stunningly well tuned and just looking at the pictures would inspire any young dancer.
