Great for toddlers

We read this the first time at the library and decided to purchase it. It's great for toddlers who have a short attention span. The sentences are short and rhyme which make it fun for the children.
Teddy Bear Book

I bought this book for my granddaughter because the Teddy Bear rhyme was my son's favorite book. The original was a Japanese photography book and the pictures were wonderful. The illustrations in this book is not as good, and not so clear what the teddy bear is actually doing to go along with the rhyme. I know my wiggle-worm granddaughter would stay still if the pictures of the teddy bear acting out the rhyme were more life like. So this gets 4 instead of 5.

My granddaughter enjoyed this book so much, that we have it out more than the Library has it in stock. One of the librairians is a neighbor and we had been to the library that day and we searched high and low for this book, to no avail. That evening the neighbor came with book in hand, and my 2 1/2yr old granddaughter was so excited to get her book back, she claims. She can't read but knows it by heart.
