This is a great book for simple explinations of a difficult subject. It will be assist my ESOL students greatly because of its readability and graphics.

Genes and DNA is a book that explores the world of this science. Readers can learn many things, from how genes are passed down through generations, to the DNA of any human body, and to DNA cloning.
One very interesting section of the book is titled, "Nature or Nurture?" This section is about whether something happens naturally, or if it is made to. For example, Are sumo wrestlers naturally fat, or do they do something to make them fat? Can your blood type be changed?
Another section explains the research of DNA since the 1800s. It describes some of the first scientists who discovered DNA and how they did.
Genes and DNA is truly a fantastic book and everyone should read this to discover the fascinating facts of our world and science.
