Too much repeat

I don't want to say anything too bad since my son does enjoy all of the books, but Brown Bear is the only one that rhymes for easy reading memory, and it was kind of disappointing to read the other two books that had not much rhyming to them, and they are basically the exact same.

My son is mesmerized by the original Brown Bear book, so I decided to purchase this set for more variety - the other two books are great as well - not quite as rhythmic as Brn Bear, but good!
Easy rhymes to say for toddlers!

This set of books is an easy read for parents and also an easy listen for children. I have read this to my toddler time and again. She can read it back to me as it is easy to memorize and so enjoyable for them to listen to. The pictures in the book are fun to look at too!

This is a great collection of simple bear books. They are great for kids of all ages. They are perfect for a teachers collection or a home collection.

My son (2 1/2 yrs) absolutely loved Brown Bear so I ordered the other books in the set. He loves these books as well (though not as much as Brown Bear, yet). The books flow so well, he has most of Brown Bear memorized and will sit down and "read" it to me and my wife.

Our baby girl loves these books. They're pretty well indestructible. The artwork is charming and a little trippy. The panda book in particular is simply gorgeous.

Excellent buy! 2008-06-15
These books are great! I have been reading them to my son since he was just a few months old. Now, at almost 12 months, he really gets a kick out of turning the pages (nice and sturdy)and laughing when I make the animal noises. The only problem is that I don't know what many of the more "exotic" animals sound like!
Great Books for Young Readers 2008-06-12
My 3 year old loves the Brown Bear Book, his had been damaged so I replaced it with the set. The other two books are OK, not as good as Brown Bear but he still likes them. The best thing about Brown Bear is he thinks he can actually "READ" it, which adds to his self esteem and helps him develop a joy for books.
