I think the information is interesting. The music CD that accompanied this
book was beautiful. The author did state that there was OM chanting
recorded into the CD. I could not tell it was in there. However, when I
went to sleep that same night after listening to it several times during the day, I was startled out of my sleep with loud chanting voices and
tibetan bells sounding rhythmically in the background. I could hear it
clearly and my house was quiet, no CD player was on. I am a sane person
and am not on hallucinagenic drugs. But I wonder what effect this had
on my mind and spirit.
I Love the Book and the CD

The book is so interesting, I had never heard of Sound Healing before so, this was all very new to me. He explains how it works in a very simple way that makes it easy for anyone to understand. The CD is wonderful, all I have to do is press play and I instantly start to relax and before I know it I'm sleeping. If you want to learn more about healing (both spiritually and physically) outside of Western Medicine than this will be an interesting read for you as well.

Over the past few years I have attended workshops and conferences and read many Hayhouse Books by Gregg Braden (who reviewed this book), and others that help in the healing of ourselves and our lovely planet.
Even if you are new to the idea that our emotions have a direct impact on the state of our health, and that of our surroundings, this book will give you tools to help open your eyes, EARS, and your heart.
Louise Hay said in a keynote speech (this excerpt is on her movie "You Can Heal Your Life"), that you may hear the same message in many different ways; some will speak to you, and some will not.
