Editorial Review
Trixie can't wait to bring her one-of-a-kind Knuffle Bunny to school and show him off to everyone. But when she gets there, she sees something awful: Sonja has the same bunny. Suddenly, Knuffle Bunny doesn't seem so one-of-a-kind anymore. Chaos ensues until the bunnies are taken away by Ms. Greengrove. After school, Trixie finally gets her beloved bunny back. But in the middle of the night, Trixie realizes something. She has the wrong bunny! Daddy comes to the rescue again as a midnight swap is arranged with the other bunny, the other little girl, and the other daddy. Needless to say, the daddies are not very happy. By the end of the story Trixie has her beloved bunny back, but she has also gained something new: her very first best friend. In the tradition of the Caldecott Honor-winner Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Tale, this is another heartfelt, hilarious picture book that children (and their parents) will love.

Knuffle Bunny II the return 2008-02-15
I loved the first book as it's short and the kid is not able to speak. It's so funny when she noticed that the bunny is not with her! This second episode is nice and deals with the problems our children can face in school.
The story is also nice but a little bit stressed. I liked more than one but I am happy to have this one. If your child liked the first I think it's a good idea to buy this book and I wil buy the third.

A great addition to Knuffle Bunny 2008-01-09
We read Knuffle Bunny to our daughter as she was laerning to talk and now she is going to preschool so it works perfectly for timing.

Knuffle Bunny does it again 2007-12-28
My son showed me this book at the book fair at school. I'm sure glad he did. We read it together, slowly & laughed & laughed. It is well written & fabulously illustrated! Each page shows so much through the illustrations, you get to savor each page with your child!
I hope everyone will enjoy this book.

Absolutely Hilarious! 2007-12-28
Knuffle Bunny is an all star must have kids book! The illistrations are great by paring real life backgrounds with animations! A wonderful read!

Two Knuffle Bunnies 2007-12-13

Trixie is thrilled to take her one-and-only Knuffle Bunny to show her Pre-K class - until she sees Sonja across the room holding ANOTHER Knuffle Bunny. This shocking state of affairs produces arguments
until Ms. Greengrove takes both bunnies. Their teacher returns them to their respective owners at the end of the school day. Trixie is happy - until 2:30 AM when she realizes that she is not the respective owner of the Knuffle Bunny residing In her bed.

After winning the Caldecott Medal for KNUFFLE BUNNY, Mo Williams had a hard act to follow. However, he follows with great, good humor. Set in New York with a combination of photographs and cartoon-like characters, Williams displays universal insight into the minds of preschoolers. He has written and illustrated a wonderful sequel - fully the equal of the first.

Not *quite* as good as the first, but that's okay 2008-07-01
Really, if you've read and liked the first, you'll probably like this one too.

I just have a single qualm about it. The layout of the first few pages makes it hard to read - I'm not sure where to break in with Trixie's chatter, that sort of thing.

And the midnight switching of the bunnies is a little contrived-looking.

But all that aside, it's (almost) as great as the original.

good book 2008-06-27
This is a good book. My 16-month old loves it as much as she loves the first book (Knuffle Bunny). It is also delightful for parents too.

Loved the illustrations! 2008-06-20
I loved the illustrations the best. I plan to purchase all of the Knuffle Bunny books.

A Great Follow Up 2008-04-21
The presentation of this book is as great as the original book. It is a well written adventure tale with a conflict, an antagonist, and heros. The children's favorite part of the book beyond the happy ending was the mommy and daddy role-playing as robots. I'd recommend bundle purchasing both books.

Another great chapter in the "Knuffle Bunny" saga 2008-03-31
This is a fun, funny sequel to Mo Willem's masterpiece, "Knuffle Bunny," one of the finest children's books in recent memory. Here, Trixie (and Knuffle Bunny) are a little bit older, and going to pre-K school... Of course, taking your toys to school can have unexpected consequences, and that's especially true when Trixie runs into another little girl... with the very same rabbit!! Willems captures the 3-4 year-old mindset as well as he did for toddlers, and this book will be a favorite of families that fell in love with the first book. Recommended!
