This was a gift for my cousin. He and I both enjoyed the Poirot Mysterys on television. He has really enjoyed the CD's and said he "Might" let me borrow them. I will not hold my breath.

Saved the day for me

Recently I had eye surgery and was not able to see at all for a month. During that time I enjoyed these Poirot mysteries. He is already a favorite of mine. It was a lifesaver for me to have these audio stories available.Perhaps you might enjoy listening on your way to work, or know a person with vision loss who might love to hear of these Poirot escapades.

Hercule Poirot at his best!

This is a great audiobook that contains several mindboggling mysteries! David Suchet is the best man for this job so to speak since he portraited Hercule Poirot in the tv-sent shows.
His interpretation of Hercule Poirot, the voice and everything makes one feel like ones there just beside them!
I highly recommend this one!

What can I say , It's Agatha Christie ! She is the best in my book when you talk Mysteries !Add Poirot in the picture and all I can say is WOW ! The stories are excellent as usual . Brilliant writer .

I enjoyed all the different stories that were in this book. It is great fun to listen to. My book came in great condition and the seller kept me informed of when it was shipped and when I could expect to receive. Wonderful service.

Not for me, but not bad

This is the first book on "tape" I have every tried to listen to. I am from the midwest in America, so the accents are a little hard for me to follow... I haven't made it past the first track... that could be my problem though!

I travel a lot and drive. The great thing about books on CD's (or tapes) are someone else reads to you while you are driving. Great fun.

Excellent collection of Chinese folktales

I was pleasantly surprised with this collection of short-story mysteries. I had seen the television versions, but the stories are still a delight! Suchet performs brilliantly, able to play both the English characters as well as the delightfully Belgian Poirot. The best thing about these short mysteries is that if you wish to pit your wits against the Great Detective, they are solvable. Also, unlike some of the other CD collections, the mysteries end on the CD they start on, so you have 2-3 complete mysteries per CD. This is really great if you are using them in your car.
