JVC 5 CD Changer

The JVC 5 CD Changer is a great value. Easy to operate, mechanically perfect, sounds almost as good as my Sony NS999ES DVD/CD player which cost $1,500 new back in 1998. Downside: remote is really small.

Nice machine so far so good a couple months now, my old JVC finally broke it had a lift up plastic cover so you could change disc without stoping music. Semms like the random play could be more random tends to stay on same disc for number of songs, maybe intentional.

Can't beat this changer for the money. With the limited choices for CD changers it's nice to get a product that lives up to the brand. My complete system is JVC and I couldn't be more satisfied.
This machine will play CDs you thought you had to throw away 2008-03-31
I have only had this player for about a week but one thing that stands out is its ability to read CDs that are scratched or otherwise damaged. It can also read CD-Rs burnt on poor equipment. I have been able to play CDs that no other player would even read. It might not have all the bells and whistles but the playback ability of this machine is truly outstanding.

Great CD player! 2008-08-02
This was purchsed to replace an older Cd player that quit working. It has been great, plays with good quality sound and easy to use--an important factor for a technology-challenged person like me!
You Can't Beat The Specs For The Price 2008-07-31
Many people will tell you that you can't tell one CD player or CD changer from another as far as sound. Well it seems as though I can and this JVC machine has the best specs in it's price range. I listen to everything from Rock to Classical and the reproduction of this machine is second to none. There are more "advanced" CD changers that cost two or even three times as much and yet they don't come close to the sound of this CD changer.
I guess I am bad talking about the features of this machine. So I will leave that up to somebody else. I will say that you can load three CDs at one time which is more than most CD changers. I just like it for the meat and potatoes of the basics of sound reproduction.
As Advertised, Very Pleased 2008-07-17
This is a quality CD player. Definitely meets and exceeds my expectations. The many options for playback allow you to program any sequence you may wish.

I bought this CD changer to replace an older version that, after years of excellent service, finally refused to recognise the presence of a CD. So far, it is as reliable in service and quality as its predecesor. I recommend it.
