Grill the seller about replacement parts!

Love the grill, hate DeLonghi's customer service and US parts supply. I ordered a replacement electric plug 6 months ago, and with each inquiry I get exactly the same form letter about it being on backorder. So guard those component pieces like gold -- you don't want to lose them!

Overall I have enjoyed this grill. It would be better if it had a more convenient way of disposing of the grease and it does tend to smoke and spatter more than I thought it would. I had a Farberware indoor grill years ago that I really loved but they are no longer available. I bought a George Foreman grill and really didn't like that..it is on my garage sale. This is the best I have found since the Farberware grill and the food does taste good cooking on this grill.

We purchased this grill March 2007. Find that it heats quickly, but it does not cook chops, hamburgers as fast as outside grill. Taste is terrific, just like outside cooking.

I purchased this grill for my parents who spend the winter months in Florida. Because they are in a condo they need a grill that comports with the restrictions found in nearly all apartment communities. Stated simply they absolutely love the grill. They found the grill easy to use and simple to clean. They also found the grill works flawlessly and cooks excellent and flavorful food. It was a total success. They highly recommend the grill.
Great grill 2007-01-10
I have always had outdoor gas grills. Recently I moved to a condo where outdoor grills are not allowed and it became a quest to find the ideal indoor grill. I had seen a DeLonghi grill at a gourmet kitchen supplies store for a cost of $99. I proceeded to research the grills on the internet and found that the DeLonghi BG16 had great reviews. I ordered it at a cheaper price from Amazon and I am very happy with it. It cooks the food evenly and quicky and it also leaves the grill marks on the food. My husband has also used it and he loves it. It is also super easy to clean. I recommend this grill without hesitation.

DeLonghis BG-16 Alfredo healthy grill is an appliance that you can use without flames. It sets up much easier than most outdoor grills, as theres no charcoal to add or gas pilots to light. Simply set the raised grilling platform on the base and plug in the thermostat, then spray the nonstick grilling surface with a little oil and let it preheat for about 10 minutes.
EXCELLENT Indoor Grill 2005-09-10
For the past 5 years, I have been using a George Forman indoor grill. I never liked the taste of the food cooked on his grill - so I started a search for another brand. My sister has the BG-16 DeLonghi Grill and recommended it highly. I saw that a newer model had been released but did not get the positive reviews that the BG-16 got. So, I purchased it and am thrilled with its results. It is easy and quick to clean, has a large cooking surface and the food tastes great. It is definitely a "MUST have" for anyone interested in grilling!
Great fun Grilling ! 2004-08-16
I have never had a grill like this. I am a single person and really am using this "indoor Grill" outdoors on my kitchen patio. On high it doesn't burn up the burgers yet cooks at a nice steady heat and leaves those wonderful grill marks.
So far I have no complaint. Works great for me. Good value. Hope yours works for you!
