2002-06-28Didn't work for me at all.
Looks great after two years!

Not only that, it protects! Twice I have dropped my Palm on its corner - something that should have shattered the case. Both times my Palm survived, and I feel that it is thanks to this case. The neoprene provides a terrific cushion. I have beat up on this case, and it still looks brand new. Recommended!!
A great case for Handspring's Visor
2002-03-12
I have the very first Visor model that Handspring made, and searched long and hard for a suitable case for it. It was difficult to decide between leather, neoprene, tri-fold or bi-fold, etc., etc. I did know that whatever I used had to be water resistant, durable, washable, absorbing most "average" shocks, and yes... possibly the occasional drop from 3 feet or so.
Well, in the year and a half that I've used this case it has seen and been all of the above and my visor still is fine (quite outdated, but in good shape). There is not enough room in this case to hold all the contents of your average wallet, but it will hold a few business cards and a license or I.D. along with a spare stylus and the PDA itself. The Velcro that is used to attach the device to the interior of the case is a "sticky" subject for some folks, but it worked well. The case is the perfect size for the Handspring Visor, providing a comfortable fit and keeping the unit safe. It can even actually encase the Visor with the Visor's stock snap cover in place, but it's a tight fit.
This one is a good, low-dollar case that lasts... and performs the basic functions of a simple zip-case.

Can't beat it
2005-04-19
I just purchased this for my palm and I love it. It fits the palm very snug, just enough extra room or maybe a few business cards, which I like becaause it keeps it compact and easy to store. I keep it in my purse without a problem; in my opinion it's to big for a pocket, but I guess if you have big pants that would work :-) I bought this here ofr $5 total, the cases I saw at office stores were $20-$60 and they didn't have the complete coverage this one does. It zips all the way around to cover every edge, I highly recommend this if you want to protect your palm for dropping it or scratching it or any damage at all really.
Great protection for PDAs
2002-10-07
I dropped my first PDA (Palm III) and cracked the glass. Cost to fix: ($$$)Bought a PlamGlove the first time I saw one and have dropped my Visor PDA once onto a concrete floor w/no damage. Don't do that deliberately, but with a well-padded acse you can relax about tossing it into a briefcase and bouncing it around a bit. Cheap insurance; good design with an elasticized stylus holder and a place for business cards. Adds a bit of bulk but that's not a problem unless you insist on carrying your PDA in the hip pocket of your tight jeans.
Great case!

If you are worried about breaking your PDA by throwing it into a bookbag a few times too many, then this is the case for you! The zipper is tough but easy to open. The inside pocket is just the right size to fit a business card or the Palm cheat sheet. I've never worried about my Palm getting broken. I just wish they has something comparable for the Jornada!
Great Product ! Buy Two!
2002-07-10
I've had it for 2 1/2 years and have dropped my Palm IIIxe numerous times in various conditions (wet, dirty, muddy). It's like a timex, "takes a lickin & keeps on tickin". I've dropped it so many times that I've knocked the teeth out on the top corner zipper and now the zipper gets off track or hangs up, my palm is still in great shape due to the protection this case has given it. I'm looking for another one and since it's a discontinued item, will probably buy two. Inside storage is good, it holds all I need to operate daily (credit cards, license, business cards & cash). It would be a dynamite gift for someone you know that uses their PDA in alot of different conditions or just needs a great case!
The Best Palm Case
2002-07-02
This is the best palm case. It keeps your palm safe from water and knocking against things. Feels good in your hand. Lets you keep the hard cover over the screen if you want to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
