Bowl with handle

The handle makes the bowl much easier to pour from. Mixer came with the handless bowl. Since I have some issues concerning the use of my hands the handle makes it so much nicer to use.

This bowl also was from Kitchen-Aid, in the Kitchen-Aid box, and exactly like the one that came with my machine. I am making cookies with grandkids, we need LOTS of bowls, so ordering an extra one of each of the sizes that came with my machine was a good idea. They are exactly what we needed, came as promised, well packed, on time, this was a good purchase.

I LOVE my KitchenAid mixer and use it so much that one bowl was not practical. I purchased a second bowl and use them all the time. The handle on it makes it easier to pour whatever I have concocted into the appropriate vessel.

kitchen-aide extra mixing bowl 2008-01-19
This was exactly what I was looking for, an extra mixing bowl with handle for our classic Kitchen-aide mixer. It's a well made stainless bowl that should last a long time. I wasn't sure when I ordered this if it would be the right bowl to fit our mixer. Pivot head mixer threw me off as that is not mentioned when you look at the different mixers. But it does screw into the base of our classic mixer.

I bought the KitchenAid K45SBWH Bowl with handle for my wife for Christmas. Her first response...why would anyone want this without a handle? She loved it and I love what she mixes up in it!!
Extra bowl 2008-01-03
I just received the extra bowl and it will come in handy when I make cookies, pies, and meat balls, etc. I like having a handle to hold on to. It sure is nice and shiny. I would recommend purchasing the extra bowl to others.
handle with discomfort

i like having an extra bowl, but the handle really is a pain, as other reviewers have mentioned. i'm not even bothered that it's a 1/2 qt smaller.
