This DVD is titillating but definitly not explicit. The nude scenes do show everything with tasteful camera angles but unless youre a 15yo school boy it wouldnt raise your eyebrows let alone anything else. The girls are beautiful, fit & healthy looking with not an implant in sight which for me was very refreshing, & the closeups focus on faces breasts & the body, NOT genitalia. To call this soft porn is an overstatement, it is in fact nude & non nude aerobic art that titilates. If youre a prude, or of religious background, or just someone who doesnt like nudity then this is not for you. Simily if youre looking for explicit closeups of genitalia then again not for you.

This was a short workout video. It needed to have more women and better close ups with better lighting. The women in the video were OK but it would have been nice to see it filmed in a real life exercise studio setting rather than in a production studio. After about 15 min it was boring to see the same women over and over. There could have been a better selection of women other than all Caucasian with large (fake) breasts and way too much pubic hair. Not sure I learned anything about aerobics.

I thought this would be a little like the old videos from the early 80s. It's not. The "exercises" are not very meaningful or sensual. Either clothed or not.
I would not recommend this for either an exercise DVD or a turn on. It's not.

I give the very attractive, non-surgically-enhanced women on this DVD bonus points: Almost all of them get a real workout--some of it "yogaerobically"--&, more than that, are asked to repeat the same motions dozens (some perhaps hundreds) of times in a given session. They're no doubt regularly bored to tears, but do a great job nonetheless. There's no way around it: All the segments, with momentary exceptions, are achingly, mechanically repetitive; however, this verdict is mitigated to the point of complete forgiveness when the poses these beauties strike are often agonizingly erotic!
There are a few annoying things about this production: some inexplicable shots of arms or calves, etc, that should have been edited out; "a tad" too much aerial footage; & a few lost opportunities on the cameraman's part, i.e. when certain exercises are begging for a given angle to be taken advantage of, & the ball just gets dropped. (The overall camera work is extremely good, & often excellent, to be fair.)
Other than that, I have high praise for this as an erotic feast of the female form! Obviously, for those looking for huge breasts, this is not the place--though these models bounce their natural ones more than sexily enough. For bun lovers & aficionados of high-quality full rear views, I guarantee a wealth of unabashed, very satisfying (un)coverage on this disc!
All of the women give us at least some eye contact now & then, which adds a little more personal feel to the proceedings.
All in all, highly recommended.

the only workout you are going to get here is your right hand (or left) working your manstick to its limits. this is NOT meant to follow along with or exercise to. it is strictly viewing pleasure for men (or lesbian/bi-curious women). i actually found it very exciting. four attractive hard-bodied women in motion completely in the buff. the music is super cheesy though as in 70's porno sounding.

I've owned this DVD for some time now. I've watched it several times and enjoyed it very much each and every time. The women are beautiful and seem
to be really having fun as they exercise, especially nude. The clothed version is very nice, too. Of course, being a guy, I prefer them nude.
I also like the fact tha the four women seem to have no modesty at all--
they never tried to cover up or hide anything; in fact, sometimes they seemed to be exposed a little more than necessary (no complaints here!).
I like this DVD very much and would recommend it to any man who wants to enjoy watching beautiful nude women, also to any man who wants to get his wife to exercise (especially nude and beautiful).

Depends on how you look at it. The nude portion did not really have much to do with aerobics. If all you wanted to see were nude women performing squats, etc. then you would probably like it. If you thought you were getting a video showing a real aerobic workout session in the nude...forget it. Definately different, but not what I expected.
