Customer Reviews
Very satisfied with this light
2008-10-10
I shopped many different lights and, based on the reviews that I read, I chose three of these lights for our house and two for my 95+ year old mother's house where she lives alone. This is a great safety feature that far exceeds the usefulness of battery-operated lights. Good product at a reasonable price.
Worked for 2 weeks
2008-10-07
Worked, I knew that it was a low cost emergency light, however after 2 weeks it began to short out, and not work at all. Then it eventually just quit. I tried to take it apart to look for the failure but did not find anything disconnected, so I am not even sure why it stopped working. I wouldnt buy again, but I got what i paid for.
2 out of 3 work

I bought 3 of these for use around the house. Out of the package, only 2 of the 3 worked. The 3rd one is dead.
Intermatic Three-in-One Emergency Power Failure Light
2008-05-27
I wanted to provide security for my Mother-in-Law in the event of a power failure in her residence. I found these on the Internet and purchased for her and myself. The lights were shipped promptly, work great and I am fully satisfied. They also have a built-in night light which she really appreciates.
Handy Gadget
2008-05-16
Handy to have, works like it's supposed to work, excellent value. I'm pleased with the purchase, and have put them in all the rooms at my B&B.
Great safety feature and easy to install

Excellent

Powerful light. Extremely important to have in power failures. Even my husband was impressed with it!
Less than I expected
2008-04-28
I bought this because of price and reviews, but don't think I read the accurate reviews.
Price is good. Product functions as claimed, BUT the light is very dim at its brightest and while it would be better than nothing during a power outage, you might have to light a match to see if it's on!
I haven't tested the battery life on this, but that would be an important factor in an emergency. If I still lived in FL where power outages were frequent, I would be very unhappy with this product.
Great for our seemingly 3rd world power grid from PSE&G
2008-04-13
These are great. This is my 2nd set in 10 years. Our grid goes out many times a year, and these just instantly turn on so we and especially, our dog, doesn't go nuts. Then just grab it for use as a low power flashlight, and you're good to go. I also like the night light feature. I have 3 of 'em in the house, ready to turn on next time PSE&G's grid fails and the next block over stays on! Argh!
Emergency power failure light a good buy!
2008-03-25
This emergency power failure light was a good buy. It was one of the more inexpensive types but it works well. The only problem is that it doesn't work for long ... maybe 75-minutes or so. I solved that by buying more (I think I have 7 of them now). In a power failure, you can turn some of them off and then use them when the other ones go out. I have small children and they were too fascinated with the candles. This is a MUCH SAFER option!!
