I installed these on my bathroom fan switches and my porch light, they work a well as they look. Great product!
Just in time

This product is excellent. I had a moisture problem in my bathrooms, put these timers on my exhaust fans, problem solved. These switches make life easier with their one touch time and silent operation unlike the wind up timers.
Great energy savings device for the master bathroom

I often find that my wife and I turn on the master bathroom fan and lihts, but we forget to come back and turn them off.
This timer is a perfect solution to both problems. It replaces a regular wall switch and gives you five buttons: 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 20, and 10 minutes, and off. After the appropriate period, the switch turns off automatically.
In an effort to save energy, I've replaced the light switches in all my bathrooms and in the garage with these.
The only downside is a very slight clicking noise when you turn the switch on or off, as the relay kicks in. The noise isn't annoying, but you should know about it before you buy.
Great!

This is the best replacement for the old dial timer!
Electronic Timer
2008-07-17
I use this timer to control the bathroom heater and fan.
When you have children, sometimes one of them forgets to turn off either the fan or the heater. This timer eliminates that problem. Just set it to a time and when it's counted all the way down, it shuts what's connected to it off.
You can also stop the timer by pushing the "shut off" button at the bottom.
Still going strong

Out of all the bathroom fan swith timers I have seen I still like this one the best. Simple installation, simple operation, does just what we need.
I bought four of them almost five years ago and they are all still working just fine. I came here today to order some more for my daughter's condo.
The only criticism I have is the size of the unit can make it a challenge to install if your switch box is jammed with anything else that will take up a lot of space (like a dimmer, for example).
I got really tired of coming home at the end of the day to find somebody had left a fan running all day long. This is a simple solution to the problem.
flimsy buttons break within a year
2008-07-05
Looks good, works great until the tiny plastic tabs on the back of the buttons that hold them to the switch receptacle start to break off. This is with once or twice daily use, not an unusual load.
Using tiny plastic bits as functional parts that take stress is a bad design idea.
Too bad, because i was really happy with this product.
Verify that your existing setup has a neutral wire before ordering
2008-05-01
A year ago I replaced a fan switch with one of those dial-timer switches which was very easy to install. I thought this switch looked a lot better and the quiet operation sounded great also so I purchased it. According to the manufacturer's website, most new house's electrical systems include a neutral wire configurations and since my house is one year old it did not occur to me check before ordering. My configuration only has a 3-wire setup and without the neutral wire, the timer won't work. One of my friend's is an electrician so I called him and he said that generally only timers for HVAC systems in residential building have a neutral wire setup. So before you order, verify that your existing setup has a neutral wire, because it probably does not.
Excellent product

I purchased this timer for my bathroom exhaust fan. I have no exterior window so moister was going to be a problem...but I didn't want to have to remember to turn the fan off. Now I just press the 10, 20, 30, 60 minutes button and walk away. Installs just a like a regular light switch and works great!
