It doesn't get any better...

I was looking for more ports, in a form factor to match my existing linksys stack which includes a cable modem, and a Wireless G router with a few ports. I now have 16 more ports sitting on top of my stack, at a VERY reasonable price, and I have all the expansion I need for YEARS. I've got 5 PC's and a network printer, storage, blah blah blah. THis is just a great value ... and kept my compact stack intact! Love it.
Works very well

I have this switch for 6 months. It is always on. No problem so far. I don't feel the heat out of it like other people say about other switches. It may be because the box is big. You cannot directly feel the heat on the box. But so far so good.
Works perfectly every time

This is really good quality item.
It works seamlessly with the internet and all users.
It is fast and effecient.
I would not hesitate recommending this switch to any family or business with an internet connection.
Never had any problem whatsoever with it!
Works quietly and perfectly and the background.
It uses so little power that I hooked it up to our UPS so that when the power goes wonky, we are all still perfectly connected by Voip Telephone.
Excellent - works with no problems

Great home switch

I have this product for a month now and it works great.
In general the only bad thing is that you cannot manage this switch but what you expect at this price ?
It is a great switch for the average user and for people who don't want to spend too much for their home network.
Overall - 5 starts.
Excellent Home or SoHo Switch

Like most of the Linksys network equipment, this 16-port switch is excellent. Absolutely no setup other than plugging in power and your Ethernet cables. One of the things I like about this is that it's footprint, even with a larger number of ports, allows you to stack the unit with the popular Linksys wired and wireless routers and switches.
One of the things I find on some of the smaller Linksys products is that the LEDs are sometimes small enough that it's hard to associate them with the labeling on the front of the unit. I've had a couple units where the very small LEDs also don't line up exactly with small opening in the cover of the unit, making it difficult to see them unless you get directly in front of them. Not the case with this switch though. The LEDs are a bit larger and easy to see, even from an angle.
Great 16 port switch

I have been using Linksys networking products for about 10 years. I have used products made by NetGear, D-Link, and others as well but I prefer the Linksys (not that the others are bad).
In my opinion, the Linksys routers and switches are great for home and small office use. I've built around 10 networks using Linksys switches and routers and have been very pleased. I have never had a failure with a Linksys hub, switch, or router. I have had 1 or 2 bad network cards, but out of 50+ that's not too bad.
I've set up 2 networks using this 16 port switch. One of them is still going strong after 5+ years, the other has only been in service for a few months - no problems with either switch. One nice feature of this switch is that it has the same footprint as the WRT54G wireless router series, so you can stack the units.
Performs as Advertised.

For those of us who just don't want to live in the half-duplex single-pipeline, high-latency low-reliability world of wireless, this switch is the perfect centerpiece of a home network. It's cheap, fast, and reliable. Of course, you'll need copper in your walls and an a socket in each room, but once you've got that in place, you'll have a home network that isn't susceptible to your daughter's cell phone, the kitchen microwave or your neighbor's motion detector.
