Don't make assumptions. I was referred to this keyboard after buying a Clie PEG-SJ22u. It doesn't work with this model. I've since come back and taken the time to read the full product description, which is accurate. I'm sure that this keyboard works fine with the models it is designed for, but be sure that you confirm that it works with your model before you buy. Amazon doesn't always direct you to accessories that work with your PDA. I assumed otherwise, and found out the hard way that I was wrong.
Better than expected...improves capabilities & efficiency

This keyboard enables me to essentially replace many of the reasons for using my laptop on the train to/from home. I can send/respond to email, write memos, even create simple Excel spreadheets...quickly and easily versus using the stylus alone. I am thoroughly impressed with this product. If you really want to fully explore the capabilities of your Clie, I highly recommend this product.
Solid Product 2002-09-23
The keyboard has a solid feel to it - like typing with a laptop -and its light and small enough to carry around. I don't think it would fit in a trouser pocket as some reviewers have suggested but it won't take up too much room in a bag. The support for the PDA feels a little flimsy and the software supplied on the CD didn't work. I had to download a more recent version from Targus' website which didn't prove a major chore.
Works well 2002-05-25
I found this keyboard works well with the Clie. I use the 610 version, and only needed to download the latest software from targus to make it work. So make sure the CD that comes with the keyboard is the latest version. Good tactile feeling when typing.
a college essential 2002-05-12
Requires a rather spacey flat surfact to work on, so you might have to carry a hardcover book with you if the room doesn't have a foldout table. Other than that, this product, along with my clie 760 has really made note taking a breeze in college, and having all the files saved on my computer makes indexing that much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this product, along with a small PDA over any laptop.

Stowaway for Clie 710 2002-03-16
A must accessory for the on-the-go type. The keyboard is light and compact. Programmable shotcuts allow easy access to important information and applications on the handheld. Other Clie owners reported difficulties installing the application, but I had no problem. Stick the cd in your drive, install the software, hotsych, start typing. On the downside, the keyboard lays flat and is hard to touch type.
not as good as the one I had for a Palm Vx

I bought this product to go with my Clié N760C (I was replacing my Palm Vx system), and expected the quality and speed of the keyboard to match (or outperform) that of my Palm system. It didn't! In fact, one of the developpers emailed me that the keyboard drivers are not yet technically compatible with the N760C. Its a great product, but even with the latest drivers, using either WordSmith (a great MS Word sync & write program - the best) or Documents to Go, it doesn't keep up with my typing speed, whereas my old Palm did. Go figure.
Very Compatible with Clie 610C! 2002-02-07
Getting this keyboard to work with my Sony Clie 610C was a bear, but after a lot of time getting nowhere with Targus' Technical Support, Sony and I finally discovered the solution.
Hard reset, install the latest driver (and nothing else), and then reinstall the other applications.
Once I got the palmtop to recognize the keyboard, look out! It works like a champ.
The neatest gadget for your clie. 2001-07-06
This is simply the best addition I've bought for my Sony Clie. The drivers installed quickly and flawlessly. The keyboard is a trifle thin but is of the perfect size even for my large hands. The typing response is quick and with the various function key combinations, you'll never need a stylus again.
