Print quality is great, but generics are cheaper. Save your $$$ for the color cartridges where you can see a difference.

Both black and color inks were listed as IN STOCK by ANTOnline, so I ordered them. Then they sent me an email cancelling my entire order for no reason. Calling Amazon didn't help at all. Buy elsewhere.

Black ink BCI-24 Canon 2006-02-25
Good ink. I have tried other inks that are available and many of these have dried out or damaged my printer head. Right now this is my prefered black ink for canon. Why on five stars? COST it is about twice the cost of other black inks. But a Good ink.
On the color side I have found that almost any color ink is OK... Does not dry out. I have a Canon MP 360.

The Staples store has this deal where you get $3 off an ink purchase for every ink cartridge you give them. I was able to get this black BCI-24 for $4.63 including tax at Staples with this deal. So, if there is a Staples store nearby, you might get the best price there.
This ink runs out rather quickly, even when using economy printing, so have extra tanks at hand.

I ordered two Canon black and one color inkjet cartridges on Sept 18 and got them in two weeks by seperately shipment. It's good quility. I like it.

Amazon needs to realize they are losing business on their color ink cartridges because of this. Why charge shipping for black ink and not color? This is wrong.

Why does this item not qualify for free shipping? The color cartridges do. I'm not going to spend $6 on the cartridge and $7 on shipping!
