Hilarious True Stories section
2008-07-04
In the back of this magazine is a terrific "true stories" section about mis-adventures and lucky situations that occur while traveling. They are laugh-out-loud funny! I love reading them to my kids. The pictures with the stories are priceless such as the chicken that built a nest under a Popeye's Fried Chicken drive-through.
Great magazine

What can I say. Budget Travel is a great magazine, but has too many ads. There are many tips and tricks that are discussed in the magazines issues that are important. I would order it again.

I ordered this magazine in January and three months later, I still haven't received the magazine; although my credit card was immediately charged when I placed the order.
BEST TRAVEL MAGAZINE
2008-02-26
I love this magazine, the trues stories of other people's travels is well worth it. I look forward to this magazine every month. The tip section is really good as well and I have used some of them as well.
This magazine is great for the beginer traveler and the more advance traveler as well. There are some really good deals in here as well.
The stories and places to visit will want you to pack your bags and go the following day.

I love this magazine, I'm so excited every month it arrives! (10 issues a year) I was disapointed at how long it took for the subscription to kick in, but once it did I can't complain about anything! Once I realized an issue hadn't come; I called customer service and the issue was delivered in 3 days.
I first saw this magazine at my cousins while house sitting. I asked them about it and they said that it is why they travel so much. They have a "just for travel" savings account and when they get some money saved... they look through the "40 Best" Trips and pick one! I want to "pick one" too!
I'm on a budget and take lots of in-country trips to visit friends and family. I just started my own "travel savings account" because I'm going to Uganda next year!
I also added 2 years to my subscription :-)

Unlike any other publication, Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel brings you travel options that most people never know. The information in every issue can save you hundreds of dollars whenever you travel--wherever you go. It can make the difference between staying at home or taking a dream vacation.
Great Magazine for Parents Who Need to Travel with Kids
2007-02-08
We have a fairly large family by today's standards- six of us total. This magazine is great for budget travel tips if you are still trying to travel but need to watch your spending. It gives tips on the best time to buy tickets, when to visit certain destinations etc... We love it! You shouldn't have to stop travelling just because you have a lot of kids-this mag shows you how to do it!
Useful for Any Traveler

I go to a gym where people share their magazines, and came across this gem. While it focuses on value vacation packages, the benefit that I've gained from it is its monthly list of 40 top vacation packages to destinations around the world. The magazine also offers an up-to-date web page describing even more places and bargains. It has really expanded my horizons about possible vacation spots. That alone is worth the reasonable cost.

Frommer's Budget Travel always has something I can use - every month. Their 20 quick tips are great, the features are actually trips that can be taken without breaking the bank. 2 thumbs up!

Budget Travel is a quite a neat colorful magazine and is loaded with exotic far-away landscapes that do what they are designed to and give one a lift into dreamland. I also like some, not all, of their articles which tend to be well prepared and nicely written.
However, at the same time, it does need better organization as compared with (Horrors)Conde Nast.
I am diverting a bit but you may as well know that accessing your web site is impossible - I cant access it!!!
