Guaranteed NO spill

I bought this for my use after bariatric surgery. I was told I needed to take everything with little sips so I decided a sippy cup would be the coolest way. I love the lit and sturdiness of the cup. Definitely it won't break if drop or spill the contents. My only issue is that it is really HARD to sip. I actually had to open the little plastic thingy with a knife in order to get the liquid out. I still like my sippy cup but I think it shouldn't be this hard to sip.

When I tried out these cups myself I was convinced that they would never work -- you really have to suck hard to get fluid out. My one year old was put off the first couple of times he used them, and I thought I had made yet another purchase mistake. But he soon adapted, and he really liked playing with the caps. The great things about these bottles are that they are easy to put together (only two parts), clean in the dishwasher, and fill. However, most of all they just don't drip. Anybody who reports they do must have gotten a damaged cup.
This cup has never leaked.

This cup definitely doesn't leak. It does make a whistling noise after my son sucks on it, I guess the air is releasing slowly. That can be pretty annoying. The little lid it comes with is silly and could be a choking hazard....we threw that part away. These cups do their job and they work great. Having said that my favorite sippy cups to date (and we have tried a lot of them) are Playtex with interchangable lids and valves.
Does Not Leak, Best Sippy Cup I Have Found 2008-02-08
I have 2 year old twins, this is the only sippy cup I have found that really is spill/leak proof. I also like the flip top cap, this feature makes it very easy to cover and take with you and you don't have to worry about loosing the cap. The twins can open/close it without help. I ordered 6 of these to try and liked them so much I tossed all the other sippy cups we had and bought more of these. The only thing you have to watch for it to make sure you screw the lids on correctly, sometimes in a rush they looked closed but if on crooked they will leak. If the lid is put on properly they do not leak.
Very Good Design 2008-01-12
Got these a couple of weeks ago and they work great. So nice not to have to worry about little valve parts and it is easy to open and close the lid and so far no leaks.
Pissed though because I paid over 10 bucks for 2 on amazon and then just saw them at BRU for 4 bucks. I feel totally ripped off!
05/08 Update: Major bonus! I emailed the manufacturer about what type of plastic is used and they responded within a day telling me it made using type 5 and is bpa free! Would update to 5-stars if I could...
Loyal to this cup for a reason! 2007-12-19
I have a 1 yr old and 3 yr old. We've purchased every type of cup they make or at least it seems that way and this cup in my opinion - is far superior to anything else on the market.
They have a simple design that eliminates the use of a valve but they do NOT leak. I buy 2 or 3 packs everytime I'm at BRU but I'm baffled as to why all stores that stock baby cups are not carrying these. If you are even considering buying them, don't hesitate.
If you prefer a cup with a bunch of bells and whistles maybe you won't like this one but I can't say enough good things about them... I've just ordered 6 more because we lose one here and there and I'm scared of running out!
Best cup ever! 2007-11-10
I've used this cup since my daughter could drink from one. We started with the ones with handles and moved up to this. She is 4.5 yrs old and I still use this in the car. It stinks that you can't find them in the stores though!

These are the only tippys we use!! And I have bought ALL of the other brands- only to throw them away. These don't leak,(and yes you can drink out of them- the one person who had trouble was a fluke) they don't have funky hard to clean pieces that make them 'spill proof', the mouth piece cover is easy for tghe kids to use- what more needs to be said!

I got this cup for my 13 month old son and I agree that it absolutly doesn't leak. How can it when the liquid doesn't leave the cup at all! I gave my son his juice and noticed that the level wasn't changing even though he had turned it up several times. I had to practically strain to get a few drops out of it! It might be good for older toddlers but I would be careful and choose something else for the little ones. Upside... price is good at BRU, measure line for 4 oz juice, and it's unbreakable. Love the non removable valve. Hope he can "grow into it".
love these cups 2007-05-13
we use these cups exclusively. they're easy to clean or dishwash with no extra valve piece. i love the flip cover that keeps the mouthpiece clean when we're out, gets dropped on the ground, etc. only problem is that i used to buy these at BRU but now seems they're often out of stock and i've had to order them online.
