Editorial Review
D-Link, the industry pioneer in wireless networking, introduces another performance breakthrough in wireless connectivity - the D-Link PersonalAir series of Bluetooth enabled networking products capable of data transfer among devices such as PDAs, printers, cellular phones, computers, and other emerging electronic devices. The D-Link PersonalAir DBT-120 USB Bluetooth Adapter is a very compact, low profile solution based on the Bluetooth 1.1 specification, making it compatible with other Bluetooth enabled devices. The DBT-120 was designed and engineered from the ground up to be compact and portable, making it the perfect solution for notebook computers, but also just as easy to use with a desktop computer. The DBT-120 features standard 128-bit encryption that provides you with a higher level of security for your data and communication. The D-Link PersonalAir DBT-120 includes Bluetooth management and connectivity software by WidComm, which enables you to configure and access Bluetooth enabled devices quickly and easily. The Bluetooth software enables your computer to discover and access available Bluetooth services ranging from Internet access to wireless synchronization with your PDA or cellular phone.

D-Link good to go for Macs 2008-07-03
The only one tested by Apple that works with new Apple Bluetooth mouse and keyboard devices. A must.

Worked Great...I Think?? 2008-06-18
I bought this so I could connect my samsung/t mobile 429 cell phone to my pc. Found out my cell phone will only connect to a bluetooth headset and cannot connect to my pc via bluetooth. I sent the item back but it seemed to work just fine. FYI check your manual before buying this item for cell phone.

Does the job 2008-06-16
I bought this to use the Apple wireless keyboard with my Mac Pro and had no problems at installation by following the instructions on Apples site. It has been in use a few weeks now and still working well.

not compatible with Windows vista 2008-06-13
it does not say anywhere on the documentation of the item that it is not Windows vista compatible. I tried to look for drivers and there are none to speak of. Unfortunately I wasn't able to return this item because my housekeeper accidentally threw it away. If you don't have vista I'm sure it works fine.

Instant Bluetooth 2008-06-07
I'm giving my Mac Cube a well deserved renovation, a face lift inside and out. I simply plugged into the USB hidden below and within seconds POW! BAM! I've got Bluetooth. My Mac Cube asked me if I wanted to set up any Bluetooth devices and I easily paired an Apple wireless keyboard and a Logitech mouse that looked and functioned like they all belonged at birth NINE YEARS ago. If I could only order the rest of my life so elegantly and efficient.

Not worth the time or money 2008-05-23
DLink's DBT 120 (version C) isn't worth the frustration - have installed, uninstalled and repeated so many times, and the foolish thing still isn't working.

An exercise in futility... don't buy it!!

Other reviewers can't figure it out. 2008-05-23
This product seems to get a lot of low ratings because mainly the other reviewers are not tech savvy have no idea what they are doing. I use my D-Link to do anything from use my BlueAntz Z9 bluetooth headset on Teamspeak/Ventrilo/Skype to transferring files from my PC to my phone. I even make my own ringtones! You can do many things with this product and I highly suggest it. Don't listen to the other reviews if you know what you're doing with a computer. Just make sure you get the proper drivers required or else you will be in the same boat as everybody else.

No problems 2008-05-19
No problems loading and works fine. I would given it 5 stars if it wasn't made in China. I use it for file transfer to my phone from my computer. No complaints.

D-Link DBT-120 Bluetooth Adapter a disappointment 2008-05-08
This adapter was difficult to install. I had to get D-Link's assistance. Once installed, it kept uninstalling. I bought it to link my cell phone to my computer. During the attempt to pair the cell phone to the computer, I was asked to provide a passcode, which I couldn't find, so the whole thing was an exercise in frustration. I ended up buying a USB cable to link the phone to the computer.
