A reader's dream come true!

This item is perfect for almost every sized book and fits nicely on all the trays for aerobic equipment at the gym! A life (and brain) saver!
Flimsy, but it'll work... for now

The design is flawless. If they just made it out of better materials, I'm sure many of us would pay 4 - 5x this price.
It works as advertised, but I don't anticipate it lasting very long. One of the page holding pegs at the bottom pops off nearly every other time I change the page. It's more of a nuisance than a problem, as it easily snaps back into place, but how long until it wears down the plastic clamp holding it there?
Works Great , Sturdy, and Good Price

I am quadriplegic and can't hold open a book. This book holder works great for holding small or large books. Only issue for me, it being made of hard light-weight plastic, it has a tendency to move when I turn pages, but I found that by slipping a non-skid cloth underneath it, it stays in place. I would recommend this product from Amazon, as other suppliers are wanting between 40-50 dollars for the same item.
not bad for $10

actually works. not bad for $10. it is plastic, and the page holders are a little flimsy and might come off. but they can easily be put back on. holds even my largest textbooks. i am actually planning to get another one. nice that the plastic is light enough to carry around.
Meets expectations

I needed a copyholder for work and this fits the bill. My only issue is the bottom tabs tend to unsnap, but pop back into place easily.
great product

I am so glad that I purchased this product. It puts less strain on my eyes and the back of my neck. Love that it folds down also because I had thought of getting a big bulky stand.
Works quite well

Although this book holder is quite lightweight, it works very well and holds books a good deal heavier than the holder itself. I bought this product for someone who is unable to hold up a book for any length of time, and it has worked out perfectly.
A very sound product for a very fair price.
It looks cheap, but actually very sturdy

The plastic joints seem like a break ready to happen, but once you set it up and move it around you notice that is very sturdy and will last a long time. I actually use it to hold up recipe books and other documents and it's held up even with a 500+ page book
This thing works!

I knew this would be plastic when I ordered it, but when I finally put it to use, I realized that this is sturdy plastic! It also adjusts to different angles and you can use the page holder or not. It is pretty versatile. I gave it as a present to my roommate and she loves it! I see her using it all the time!
bookholder

The booklift copyholder is plastic, tho' it looks like metal. I got it to use on my treadmill, but it slides, so I had to attach velcro to the holder & treadmill. Then it covers up the dials, so isn't quite what I wanted, but it's sort of useful. It works better as a cookbook holder.
