I received it promply and was sent an extra one (I may have done this by mistake). I returned it and I was supposed to have gotten a refund. I haven't seen it yet, but maybe it has been posted by now.

The service was good the second time I ordered. Them first distuber finally said they did not have the product. The second distuber shipped within two days. The product is not a toy. I use it everday for word scrimmage from the paper. Some words are words I have never heard of or seen before. It's like a brand new dictionary.

I had an earlier model of this device which I liked much better. This one has a cover that is hard to open, and the training program (Demo)starts every time it is turned on. I would think a shut-off button could be provided to disable this feature. It gets old in a hurry.

MY WIFE AND I HAD THE OLDER VERSION WHICH FINALLY WORE OUT. WE DECIDED NOT TO SPEND THE MONEY TO REPLACE IT, BUT AFTER AWHILE WE REALIZED HOW MUCH WE MISSED IT AND HAD TO BUY THE NEWER VERSION. IT HAS TONS MORE WORD SOLUTIONS, IS STURDIER AND MORE COMFORTABLE IN THE HAND THAN THE OLD ONE. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS TINY - YOU HAVE TO CLICK THE CLEAR BUTTON TO STOP THE DEMO AFTER YOU TURN IT ON. This is the 3rd crossword puzzle solver I have had. I wore the other 2 out. This item is great for solving crosswords, cryptograms, etc. I use mine every day. I find that they last a long time and are very durable.

	Star Wars Episode III: Darth Vader Voice Changer Helmet Wow, do I ever wish they had this out when I was a kid! I bought it, and my wife, kids and I have all been playing with it. It has a chest box with several buttons that plays about 5 of Darth's quotes from the movies, or you can switch it to voice changer. The voice changer is fun! It has 3 different levels of depth for changing the voice. ... A must for Star Wars Geeks!!!!
