I am a size 31 waist and I ordered the medium shorts and they rock! I practice Krav Maga, boxing, and jiu-jitsu and I wanted something to help keep my nuts and bolts in place if I decided not to wear a cup that day. These shorts did the job perfectly, they keep me nice and snug even when rolling around, doing pushups, jumping jackets, running, etc...
I will be ordering a few more pairs.

These are great. They change my whole running experience. I also recommend them for long plane flights. For every day use I prefer theUnder Armour 5.75" Boxerjock (Black).

miraculous! 2007-08-10
I've always had beefy legs. They've become even more so with my recent hobby of picking up enormous boulders and logs. That makes running, or even walking long distances problematic. My thighs ... they chafe. It hurts. My brother in law the policeman to the rescue. He told me to get a pair of these underoos, and my running has gone from pathetic, to spectacular in no time! I have this product to thank for my future cardiovascular health.
