Reliable, for the most part...

I use this item in my car with my ipod and the auxilary input in my car stereo. I enjoy the fact that the wire is very lengthy, giving the option to allow passengers in the back of my car to change the music. I have encountered small moments when there was noise when I would move the wire around at the input jack. However, for the most part, the product is reliable and I haven't had too many problems with the item.

well yes of course it's only a two-headed (male each end) cable and it's six feet long, But you might miss the simple beauty of having such a lovely and straightforward piece of equipment if you haven't at some point discovered you had too male female receptors about your place and not enought male ends. Simplicity to the rescue. You can perceive the rightness fill the room as soon as the males penetrate the females and those electrons begin flowing. by all means you need to have your own 6FT (comforting thought that) 3.5MM Stereo Cable with male jacks at each end.

Bought from CablesToGo... they shipped a different cable than this, which is not at all a substitute for this product; it is not 6 feet, not 3.5mm, and not a m/m stereo audio cable. but it was black. so that's one out of four. so I'm not really sure how to review. Watch out for this store...
