Take a look at thermal issues

The Athlon XP is a very cost effective processor due to its low price and high performace. However, you'll have to take some notes on thermal issues.

Easily, a processor like this, could take your system to very high temperatures, depending on the machine's configuration, and this could cause severe harm to your computer and/or devices. To lower the risk, you'll need to invest on cooling solutions, for example cooling fans. (I own an Athlon XP 2000+ and I have 4 fans installed!)

If you decide to buy one of this, please take my advice and think seriously about cooling your computer or you could have problems in the future.
