I pay for it and i thought it was the real US one but i receive a bootleg. I try to contact the seller for a refund but one respond i will never buy from this seller.
A good Purchase even though 1 episode is missing

This is an excellent choice if you are a sailor moon fan. Unedited and Uncut, unlike the version which was introduced on Toonami. There is one episode that is missing however, which involves Chibi-Usa finding a dino and what not. This should not be a problem if you are a Sailor Moon fan because the rest of the episodes are uncut and unedited. Get this item while you can because it will be leaving for good really soon

Excellent edition, it is like the first box set, with the next season Sailor Moon R, There are no special features. Simple menu.

pretty cute...but kinda annoying

Well, no offense to the show it is pretty cute, and i probably would enjoy it more if my 14 year old brother wouln't watch it over and over and over again. 1 time is good enough for me! And yes, i said 14-year-old! Kinda sad. Haha! But, i recommend it, it's a good show. But if you do have any multi-obsessed fourteen-year-old brothers, then---i don';t think so. Otherwise, BUY IT! It's worth the money! ^ ^

My friend owns this, and it's definitely worth the buy!! I want one too, but the prices are outrageously high because it's out of print. However, just a note to sellers- try and make it less, say around the $70-$150 range, and you'll have more buyers. Just a tip, cuz I know I want one but have not the kind of money the sellers are asking for! But if you do have the money, I suggest you do! Best season, in my opinion, aside from the last one, Sailor Stars. And oh my god... I love how Rini (ChibiUsa) is Serena (Usagi) and Darien (Mamoru)'s future daughter, and it's great seeing this season in Japanese, uncut. My favorite part is when they go to the future and their future is revealed! Usagi and Mamoru, King and Queen! And ChibiUsa their daughter and the Princess! And the attack on their home by invaders! You gotta love it. Plus, new Senshi are introduced. You don't have to be strictly a Dic fan or strictly a Japanese fan to enjoy Sailor Moon. I looooove both, so no qualms there!! Usagi and ChibiUsa's voices are just too cute, you'll love the romance between Usagi/Mamoru in this season (don't worry- they break up but it's for plausible reasons (coughdreamaboutusagidyingifstaytogethercough), and then they discover that no matter what, come death or hardship, they'll still be together and it's so sweet! They get back together and share a cute kiss) Plus, the action is wicked but there are incredibly funny parts too! Like when Minako thinks she cut off her finger and starts freaking out cuz she thinks it's on the table but it turns out being a carrot and OMG the looks on the Senshi's faces... PRICELESS! You will enjoy this season, GUARANTEED. For any true Sailor Moon fan!
Sailor Moon obessions 2006-02-03
Sailor Moon has always been my most memoriable anime and will forever be. The story line is amazing and so magical! I love it how they are normal school girls by day and gorgeous super heros by night. This season has always been my favorite because its so dramatic with Crystal Tokyo, Rini, and Queen Serenity. Even though the dubbed English weren't that good and am all out for the actions and fun! Sailor Moon will always be a classic and if you like anime... you WILL LOVE Sailor Moon! It was also my 1st anime that I have seen when I was 6 years old and now I am 17 and still love and miss it on TV!

I love the Japanese better than the English (because it sucks in English). It's more mature and when it was dub, they left out one episode in season two.

Sailor Moon R (Season Two) was the very first anime I ever saw, and I fell in love at first sight. The characters, the action, the moves--I adored it all. And my favorite part of Sailor Moon is the villains, with the R villains reigning supreme. Ail/Allan and Ann of the Doom Tree...The Ayakashi Sisters/Black Moon Sisters...Emeraude/Emerald...Diamond...Sapphire...ten years later they still rank in my top fifty favorite characters.
I've been looking for this DVD set for years, and I have finally been able to afford it! I plan to watch it all and reminisce as soon as it arrives in the mail. Yay for memories!
I recommend this to all Sailor Moon fans. Not only is this the introduction of Rini/Chibiusa, but it is one of the best sections of a world-renowned series!
why did i let myself get dragged back in!? 2005-09-11
so you think i would have learned from my bad run in with season 1 but i was baited with an FMA boxed set from japan. so one of my friends sits me down and i endured the repetitive action, the mind numbingly bad monsters, the grating voices and a charachter so gay that we must all fear him. oh yeah, did i mention that sailor moon rarely wins her own fights
sayonara, until i get tricked into another season(yeah right)
