Glad I didn't need to hoist 2000 lbs!

I'm very glad I didn't buy this item to lift 2,000 lbs. I only needed to lift a 250 lb item and it was a major struggle. The pulley system was not smooth and the nylon rope was too small to adequately grip. I will probably try to replace the rope with 5/16 cotton or else replace the whole system with one that works better.
