I work out a lot! This is just great for your daily dose of vitamins, I don't get sick as much as I used to. Take half before lunch and the other half at night before dinner.

A recent news article rated the top selling pills and their content. Some did really bad (the generics). Some did okay (name brands). None really got it right... The articles recommendation was to buy a well known brand and see if it works for you. Centrum is obviously a well known brand and millions of people must have taken them at some point in their lives with no ill effects. I have been taking them for 5 years so they have my vote.

Great product. Nice thoughtful gift. You can save $3 and buy at warehouse or walmart but sending it to someone beats that.
Makes you wonder about Amazon's "discount" pricing 2006-07-17
This 250 count package is available at any pharmacy and grocery store for $16.99 -- makes you wonder how Amazon arrives at the list price of $29.99 and the seemingly fabulous 43% discount to arrive at the selling price of $16.99.
Its a superb product, mind you -- but makes on think what other inflated list prices Amazon lists on its website to offer seemingly good deals (I've noticed this in the electronics section several times, but never inflated by such a high percentage...)
