good for inflammation

I started taking salmon oil pills several years ago as an anti-inflammatory. I also take Carlson multi-vitamins, and find them worth the money. One suggestion -- if your stomach is sensitive in the morning, take them at night or at meals.
Helped my cholesterol 2007-12-07
