Although the phone works....the screen on the phone is blank....we cannot see any of the caller id nor can we see any of the programing....
I did not return it due to the fact that it is more of a hassle than it is worth....I doubt if I will purchase anything again on amazon or it's affiliates.

TIP OF ANTENNA LIGHTS UP!

I've owned these phones for years, and I just LOVE them! The main thing that sets them apart from other models is that the tip of the antenna LIGHTS UP (along with the screen) when a call comes in.
This makes it so much easier to FIND the phone, especially when the handset is laying face down.
I lost one of my handsets, so I am buying more. I only wish the directory held more than 50 names. It's also very easy to copy an entry to the other handsets.

Solid phone. I work from home and needed this handset as a replacement for another handset. This has worked great without any issues and is a good, clear, reliable phone.

This phone handset works great. One of the nicest features is that you can copy your electronic phonebook directly from the primary phone directly into any remote phone. Really good distance from the base. Couldn't be happier with this phone system.

Panansonic Handset is ok. Its not the greatest or does not work as good as the regular handset. The speaker phone feature is not great. When the speakerphone is turned on, we hear the voices faintly.
