Rapid delivery, friendly delivery service with plenty of contact beforehand to arrange the best time to deliver. The mattress seemed a little stiff at first, but either I adjusted or it did.

It's not possible to actually track orders from Amazon/Target Ground. Amazon can't do it, and Target can't do it. Amazon will post an estimated delivery date that might or might not be helpful and a tracking number that is useless. The local trucking company will call you to arrange delivery, which is when you find out the delivery arrangements. That should work out OK in most cases, but it was a problem for our Christmas gift.

Wow!
Right now, I spend 9 months of the year in a college dorm on a prison mattress, and this mattress has changed the way I sleep. Every night when I lie down on my bed, I instantly feel like my joints are all assuming a rejuvinating position. I would frequently awake on my older (but decent quality) mattress feeling like some of my joints (including vertebral) hadn't quite been in an ideal position for most of the night. Not the case on this one. Every morning, when I first hit the floor, I'm reminded of why I love this not too soft, not too firm mattress. A+.

It's a shame mattresses are so expensive. I mean, come on. Almost a thousand dollars for one? You've got to be kidding me! At least the mattress I'm reviewing is 200 bucks lower than most of them.
Well, you need to sleep, and I guess this mattress is the most affordable way to sleep. You may not be sleeping comfortably, but it's better than a pile of hay in the corner of the bedroom. Actually I'm kidding- this mattress is VERY comfortable. The price may scare you away, but believe me, it's not easy finding a mattress for a good price these days.

Extremely quick delivery with courteous movers who set up the new and hauled off the old just as promised.
And the mattress is perfect, not too hard- not too soft.
