Now when 4-batteries device demands replacing batteries, I can check which ones are still good and not to throw away all 4 - usually it is just 1 battery gets drained.

Although there were skeptics about this product, for the low price with shipping (at that time), I went ahead and got one. Turns out it works just fine for the various batteries I've tried it with. I'm happy with it.

Not very good quality, but work fine.
Sometimes it doesn't show the power level correctly, and after try several times, it works again.

It was exactly what I expected it to be. A cheap battery checker that worked. The D cells did not fit in there as well as I would have liked.
Cheap Looking but does the trick 2007-01-11
I thought it would be some plastic piece that breaks, however I'm very happy with it. For the price, you really can't beat it, and it does what it says to a T.
