Good product, poor customer service

I ordered the mahogany wood metronome. I received the plastic mahogany metronome. I was charged for the more expensive wood metronome. When I called 8th Street Music, they said they didn't have a sku for the plastic metronome. I was asked if I could consider keeping the plastic one. He mentioned again that there wasn't a sku for this item; I got the impression he wanted me to keep the plastic one in order to fix his sku predicament. I returned the plastic one and then got the mahogany wood metronome.
