I like it

I like this product. It works well. As with everything there are upsides and downsides. It really gets through places I would never have expected it to. Still there are very tight corners on my horn and it can't get through all of them. I would not recommend this to anybody who has a rotor-valve horn. My horn has 4 pistons and 1 rotor. I cannot get the brushes through the rotor valve areas.
It is made out od synthetic materials, which is nice because it's not as abrasive. One might choose a regular cleaning kit over this one because metal has more pushing power, and the plastic tends to get bent.
Overall this product is good. I really only pointed out the negative feedback. I think it's worth the price.
It gets around the bends!

After years of using a trombone snake and doubling up the bristle ends from either side to fill up the pipes, I bought this thing after a reccomendation from a repairman. He was very correct on its affectiveness. You thread the plasic leads through your horn and then give a mighty yank and watch the grunge come out. You can pull it out of your valve casings without a problem. There are 2 different lengths for the different valve lengths, as well as a rod with fuzz on either end. Great product. I've been cleaning my horns for over 35 years and finally someone came up with this thing to make it easier.
