Auto CD Player Cleaner

The cleaner ran like it was supposed to so I guess it worked. There really is no way to tell if it helped or not i guess.

This is an absolutely wonderful product. The CD Player in my Cadillac was skipping tracks and was a mess. One use of this cleaner (specially for cars) and my player was good as new!

I bought this product to help cleaning the lense of my auto cd player. I tried it for at least 10 times, but no luck. Wet clean the lense manually is the best way, but that will include getting the player out from the dash board.

Well I am not sure what it is a sign of. However it sure makes listening a pleasure again. There is not a lot to be said about this cleaner except it works and it is a lot less trouble than trying compressed air or other more drastic methods.
The cleaning disk comes with directions, suggestions and a schedule or check off system.

Was unable to find this product at Wallmart. Reasonable price and my CD player worked after using the product. I would recommed it if your CDs are skipping.
Could Work, Could Not 2008-02-27
It didn't work for my car (1998 Suburu Outback) because the CD player spits the CDs back out. I gave it to my friend who has a Nissan and he said it worked fine. So, my advice is to only buy it if you think your CD player will keep it inside, otherwise it won't work.
Good Idea 2007-11-10
This works very well, and sound was improved greatly. I had forgotten that things in the car get dusty, but with all the fires in CA lately, there's a lot of dust out there. SO, this is a good idea to keep your CD player in your car working well.
Don't be fooled by those for slide-in discs (like your DVD home player) --- this is CAR SPECIFIC.
Worked as advertised 2007-10-03
This product worked as advertised. I have a 7yr old Honda CD player that was not playing any CD; it only displayed Error 00. I followed the directions, put the disc in, ran the cleaning cycle for 20 seconds, and my CD player was back to normal.
Lens Cleaner 2007-07-23
My car CD player was pretty much shot so I decided to buy this. I put it in and it cleaned the lens. The cd worked for some time and then started skipping again. I believe the problem is too much for this lens cleaner to fix. I have no problems with this cleaner. I'm using it in other cars as well!!
