Amazon, can you please fix the description so that the customer can figure out what they are ordering? Adapter works great and is very helpful to preprogram the GPS for the next trip in the comfort of your own home

cobra gps 120 volt adaptor

When it came it was a carrying case so I sent it back. Amazon apologized and said they would rush the correct item. When it arrived it was another carrying case. I have since sent the second one back and bought the adaptor from the manufacturer. The adaptor works great but the Amazon experience was horrible. The reps from Amazon are extremely difficult to understand so it's been fun!

AcAdaptor for Cobra

I ordered the unit twice, and twice I received a Carrying Case. not the adapter. I returned both and ordered direct from Cobra.
When I had called customer support for Amazon the second time, I got connected to India of course and was informed that a lot of their codes are wrong. I guess they are trained to agree with anything the customer says.
