range finder 2008-01-07
The range finder is an excellent size and does what it says it does.
Ideal for a hunter and golfer. The price was excellent compare to other products that probably don't do any more.

galileo range finder 2008-01-02
the range finder appears to be good but I don't know how to use it because there were no instructions and the batteries were missing. when I questioned amazon they sent me the wrong e-mail of the sender.

Galileo EGS-1 2007-09-26
Very pleased with the EGS-1. The yardage shown on my unit was about 3 yard off, can't beat that. Read the yardage, picked the club and hit the green or missed by about 5 yards. For me at age 70 very happy.

Look else where 2008-07-10
The model I received had a poor meter on the lens so it was hard to measure the distance. Nothing really close to a good $300 scope.

Not Bad~ 2008-07-03
I am not disappointed with it, because I did not expect the same result of $400 raser finder from this low price one. It is helpful to measure the distance in the field. Ironically, the real problem is that I can't hit the ball as far as I measure.

Not For Me 2008-06-24
Accuracy is dependent on holding the scope perfictly still. This would require a tri-pod and is not practical on the golf course. It was of no value to me and I returned it.

Range finder 2008-06-04
This product does work. We were unable to use the product as planned because we could not hold the device steady enough to aim at the narrow pole holding the flag on the golf course. When used to get the range for larger objects it worked just fine.

oh bother 2008-01-14
difficult to use and almost totally impracticle. i returned one i bought for a friend and one i bought for myself. unfortunately i only recieved credit for one of those that i returned. even then, i would not want back the one that i paid for.

Review: ... "Click! The No Nonsense Guide to Digital Cameras" is misnamed. It covers a lot more than just cameras. In a couple of hundred pages, it includes using a scanner and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2 to rescue faded, damaged family photos, the basic guidelines to good picture taking, how to use Elements 2 to improve your digital photos, and how to print and preserve your pictures for the ages. White, the author of the bestseller "How Computers Work," knows how to pack a lot of helpful, understandable information in a brief no nonsense book.

Review: "This Camera is one of the best in its price range. It takes beautiful clear pictures and can be used right out of the box, but its worth learning all its features. The included memory holds about 20-25 pictures so I upgraded to 128mb. I reccomend getting a 128mb card and the Sony camera case. Not only is this one of the best cameras in its class it includes decent software and rechargeable batteries that are at least a 20$ value.
HIGHLY reccomend over canon, kodak, and fuji. One more thing this camera has CARL Zeiss lens (if you dont know, great lens) all the competetors have generic lens."

The fact is a camera’s megapixel rating is only a measure of how many pixels (photosensitive sites) an image sensor has…. An image sensor is simply one component of an entire system that produces a digital photograph… So resist buying into the megapixel hype when you’re choosing a digital camera. From Chapter 1
