After a delay, I got excellent service

My order was badly screwed up at first--I received a notice that it had been shipped and would arrive within the week. Nearly three weeks later, I finally checked to see what the holdup was and the manufacturer's representative said it "somehow never got into our computer." After that exchange of e-mails, someone called me personally to verify that I still wanted the merchandise, and when I confirmed that, it arrived very quickly. I haven't used the product yet, but I'm familiar with it from other jobs and I'm confident it's as advertised.
