Too Easy!

Excellent product ... it saved me so much time. I used to constantly flip between stations trying to get the best reception, but don't have to do that anymore thankfully! Easy to install and definately worth the money!

I was told by XM Radio that I need to purchase this item, and much to my dismay, they misinformed me and now I am stuck with a product that I can not use. It was the wrong item, in which they told me to purchase.
XM radio signal 2007-05-25
I was not able to pickup a strong signal as I drive a car carrier and with the new trucks there was no tape player and the FM stations were not coming in very clear. It works. I I had know this months ago.
xm direct connector 2008-05-12
It is easy to hook up and does just what it says it does. If you shut off XM to move back to over the air radio, there is a 10-15 second delay for it to shut off. That is the only complaint I have about it.

Just installed this product today. Tried out the normal FM modulator with the Audiovox Xpress. Worst FM reception I have had with any modulator. When this was installed, it was 100% better. No adapter connections were needed with the 2005 Honda Pilot stock CD player. Still not CD clear but wouldn't expect it with an XM receiver that was not truly hard wired in via and aux input or XM receiver built into the CD player.
Not a real difficult install. Had to yank out the CD player and a few other dash items to wire and connect everything.
No improvement 2008-01-02
I purchased this for my delphi MyFi, installed it properly in my car, and there is absolutely zero difference between using this and the built-in FM transmitter. A waste of money, and worse, a waste of installation time.

Works just like described. Installation was pretty quick and I no longer have FM static from living in an area where there are a lot of FM stations. No antenna adapter needed for me and it was connected to an Xpress XM receiver.
I'm glad I bought this instead of buying an expensive device with direct inputs.
