It's like having a new phone. 2008-03-18
This battery holds a charge better and longer than the original battery ever did. I was afraid that with this new battery, my phone would no longer fit in the charging cradle. But, it does fit. You have to be a little more carely to make sure the phone is properly seated in the cradle. But, it does fit. My 4 year old cell phone now works great and I no longer have the urge to get a new phone.
Great capacity, larger physical size than expected

The capacity on this battery is great although the picture does not match exactly with the battery that I received. The battery pack I got has a hump on it to contain the extra cells that, while it fits in the Verizon standard charger, does not allow the phone to be used in the original belt clip.
It is working good so far in about a month. 2007-11-26
Received the battery and charged it up. It has worked well so far. If it lasts as long or longer than the original one (5 years) then I would buy another one and give it a ten star rating.

This tremendous bargain is exactly what I'd hoped it would be: an extended-life cell phone battery that was dirt cheap compared to what I would've paid for one from Verizon Wireless or elsewhere. I've had it for one month, and have been thrilled with it so far: longer battery life, stronger signal and reception due to it being a new battery, perfect fit with my handset--it's all good!

WORKS GREAT 2007-03-17
Verizon wanted $40 I paid $7. Worked better than the original. I prefer a new battery rather than signing a new two year contract for a new phone.
