Hair Care

This product is fantastic! I was quite skeptical about not having a lathering shampoo but there is no need for one with this product. I would recommend it to anyone.
Great product! But not a 30-day supply 2008-05-15
After seeing a commercial, both my girlfriend and I looked at each other and said "I have to try this!" She found that after the first treatment, her hair felt noticeably different... but felt that the difference was that it was greasier. End result, she stopped right there. I noticed a difference, but didn't really mind, and then said "okay, let's try this a little more." After about two weeks I really started to see and feel a difference! My hair was noticeably healthier, and styled better.
One note, however. This 28 oz bottle is supposed to be a month supply. I'm a guy with short hair... and this lasted a little less than a month. My GF would have gone through this thing in 2 weeks or less!
Not as good

Before i brought this Wen hair product i did some research and read some reviews since lots of people said it's a good product, so i brought it. After the first day i used it my hair felt really bad. My hair was so oily like i haven't wash my hair for days and it felt like i have wax on. my head was itchy and have lots of flicks.I just don't like the feeling at all. I don't think is a good product.
not enough

I have long curly hair and this bottle size is just not enough. It;s done in 2 weeks. Smells great but for people whith long curly hair (I'm mixed with Spanish and African) you can get less expensive products that will go a longer way.
Good Product 2008-04-28
I an a black woman and I like to wear my hair natural. Over the years I have tried every product I could to controll my hair. I think I could have bought a house with the money I've spent on hair care products. Thank goodness I did'nt give up and tried this product. Finally I have found a product that works for me. It mositurizes without a sticky or oily feel. My hair can be touched without coming out with a hand full of oil. Its soft and shinny and moisturized. All this, after only one week. Love it!
Smooths down the fly aways better than anything else 2008-04-05

Not For Me...

I can see this working for long hair, but for a guy with short hair (about 2") it just didn't work for me. It was ok, but the SLIGHTEST amount of styling product and my hair gunked up.
My other "issue" is the $8.50 shipping/handling. On top of $24... ouch.

This is the best product I have ever used in my hair. I'm a hairstylist, and I have never experienced a product as wonderful as this one. I have already converted my mother and some of my friends to WEN. and have only been using wen for a couple of weeks. I had been searching for a natural hair system for my family and I am happy to say the search is over! This works for every one in my family, my hair product shelf has been freed up for some much needed space in my bathroom because all you need is the 3 products: the cleansing conditioner, the styling cream and I also purchased the oil for occasional hair treatment and nice baths. My hair thank's WEN and so does nature!

I am very glad I didn't read the 1-star review before I started using these products; I really don't know what those folks are talking about. I have fine hair, and I used the cleansing conditioner as instructed--it is marvelous. It is the only product I have ever found that completely tames fly-aways and frizzies, and it increased the body at the same time. It is NOT greasy--in fact, I follow the instructions and add a little product with some of the styling creme, combing it through my hair before I blow dry. It is expensive, but as far as I am concerned, it's worth its weight in gold!
Not worth the price tag 2008-02-18
I had high hopes for this product, but was quite disappointed. My hair was soft after I used it, but no softer than after using a $2 conditioner. It also seemed like my hair was actually less manageable after I used it and my hair started to feel dirty (greasy and itchy scalp) soon after using it (the same day). I used it for about 2 weeks, so that I feel like I gave it a fair shot; but now I am back to using my much less expensive shampoo and conditioner and giving the rest of the bottle (over half full) to someone else to try. This product just might not be for my hair type (thick, wavy, short hair), but I probably wouldn't recommend it.
