Peel-Away 21 is an environmentally-safe, paste-type paint remover that is specifically made to remove many layers of latex, oil, lead-based paint, some epoxies, urethanes, and vinyls from wood, metal, plaster, brick, stone, and fiberglass. Use a brush or roller to apply it. Peel-Away 21 has a smooth paste consistency that makes it easy to know that all areas are covered. Within an hour, when a dried film appears, begin scraping away or power washing. Plastic or brittle brushes work well. This great stripper will clean up with mineral spirits. Peel away works great on metal doors with chipping paint as well as on wood cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen.

works just like it's supposed to

I give this 5 stars because it's not very often that products live up to expectations. this works just like it's supposed to. we removed 50 years of paint (8 or 10 coats?) off of metal heat registers in our home. this product worked great
