Great for people with disabilities- very comfortable & supportive

We purchased the 4" XL twin memory foam topper for our physically disabled adult son's hospital bed. After the first night, our son said that it was very comfortable and supportive. He sleeps only on his side and cannot move around in bed at all. His current mattress left him hurting a little on his hips & heels, but with the memory foam mattress, he has no pain, and there are no red marks from the pressure of his weight on his hips or heels. The other thing we noticed, is that whether the hospital bed is lying flat, or whether the head & knees are fully up (while our son is watching television) the memory foam mattress stays put, and doesn't slip down like the regular mattress does.
