Working ones are great 2008-07-03
The Logitech Premium Stereo Headset is good. I work in a busy office and the noise-canceling microphone does a fair job of shutting out noise. My complaint is that of 20 headsets, three did not work. We returned the three, but it seems that Logitech does distribute this headset now. Bummer!

good enough for voip 2008-07-01
It is good to chat on skype for an hour. that's it.
I would not recommend using it to listen to music, or wear it
all the time.

Not very good 2008-06-27
Pros:
1) volume and mic on/off controls
2) sound is decent

Cons:
1) uncomfortable - it presses on the ears in such a way that extended wear results in discomfort
2) mic is too far from mouth - it can't pick up my voice sufficiently. When using it for VOIP, people at the other end can barely hear me.

Great and easy 2008-06-18
I bought this headset as suggested while purchasing the Rosetta Stone CDs. But Rosetta Stone does come with a USB headset with microphone. But I use the Logitech with my other laptop with MSN and SKYPE, and it works great. Comfortable, excellent soud quality. A must buy.

Logitech overpackaged 2008-06-16
I took several tools to try to open this %&#*%&* over packaged Logitech headset and in the process cut a wire that rendered the headset unusable. I did not take the additional time to return the ruined product and remain upset at Amazon and Logitech. I wasn't trying to steal this from a retail store...I bought it online and don't want to fight to open the product packaging.

Mic. doesn't work properly 2008-07-20
Headphones are okay but mic is not very good. You have to put it into your mouth for other party to hear you.

Great Product! 2008-07-18
I was so unsure about a product at this price, but since my purchase I am amazed at the sound quality and its ease of use. I highly recommend.

Bad Design = Discomfort/Pain and Problems 2008-07-15
Due to a poor design this headset causes discomfort, and eventually pain, when worn.

Not to mention I've been recently experiencing problems with the left left speaker, which cuts off when the cord is jolted (to get it working again one must 'fiddle' with the cord around the "controller" then, once working again, handle gently).

In conclusion, the bad design of this product causes not only problems, but discomfort and pain as well. My advice: spend a little bit more to ensure you get a better quality product.
I am personally disappointed because I usually have a good experience with Logitech products.

Aural Disappointment 2008-07-11
I've always had good results with Logitech so when I got this headset I expected it to be a good quality set. I was extremely disappointed. In fact I bought another headset for $9 that out performs this headset by far and it was just a no name cheapy that I got for a friend. The band is way too small and not adjustable so if your head is even remotely normal sized this sucker will squeeze your brains out through your eyeballs. Not only that but there's no circulation so your ears sweat. The Mic has problems picking up sound. People I talked to on games and skype said I sounded like I was sitting in a fishbowl. I had to practically eat the mic in order to be heard. Lastly, poor construction. I only used the headset maybe 5 times and the rest of the time it was hung on a hook on the wall and undamaged and yet the sound cord apparently was damaged internally because I can no longer hear sound on it. The mic still works but the speakers are shot. The cord is thin and flimsy and I suspect that the wires have broken internally on the speaker side but I can't see any external damage. Save your ears and your money and buy another product. I'm not saying Logitech is bad, I'm just saying that this particular product is not up to par.

They are fine...but 2008-07-10
This headset works great, it does cancel out the noise around you so people can hear you speak clearly. The band and cups are comfortable if you wear them less than 8+hrs a day, if you wear glasses or have any piercings on the outer rims of your ears they do put pressure on your ears and will cause pain after awhile.
I used these on a daily basis for about 9+hrs a day for work and online gaming. The volume and mic mute button started going out within 3 months and now I am having issues with the left speaker working.
I've owned these for a total of 4.5 months.
I think for general Team Speak use they work perfectly, just not for the long prolong daily use of a hard core gamer.
