I think this product would have been perfect for an event I had scheduled. We were doing a Night of Champions and I wanted to build Olympic torches with the Chauvet Bob Flame. When I ordered it online I received an email right back that this item was on back order and it would take 6-10 day to receive. That wasn't going to work for my needs and I cancelled order immediately. Four days after my event your product arrived and I had to send it back and now your charging me a stocking fee.
That's a problem it make me not want to purchase anything from your company and definately not online because it's to hard to get your attention.
