Good Product and good Price

These push up bars are very sturdy even though they are plastic. I weigh 221 LBS and they support me with no problem. Great for building upper body strength.

The TKO Extreme Training Push-up Bars are a very good product especially for the price. I am in the military and I need to do Push-ups fairly often. I don't have any issues doing them normally, but after using this product I have been able to improve the number I can do quite a bit. There are also very strong considering they are made of plastic. I weigh about 215 lbs and they hold me just fine. They are broken down very simply for easy transport, could easily fit in a gym bag. The only complaint I could give is that the rubber caps on the ends of the feet sometimes pop off when I am using these. It doesn't affect anything, just slightly annoying.

Excellent and good value

These work well, are rugged, and allow one to do more effective push-ups by dipping below the level of your hands. Also easier on your wrists. Light enough to travel with, but not flimsy. Not that easy to disassemble though, and I wish the rollers were higher friction as they can slip on carpet. Not a big deal -- just makes the pushup a little harder (which is probably good), but I would prefer a rubber or higher friction plastic. On the whole though, a very useful item, well designed at a good price.

Good for Standard, Hindu and One Arm Push-ups

Standard pushups put too much strain on my wrists. This product eliminates that problem. TKO push-up bars are sturdy and affordable. They work well for regular push-ups, Hindu push-ups and even one arm push-ups, but when I want to workout with greater resistance I use the Ultimate Body Press - Dip Machine / Dip Bars. With the Ultimate Body Press I can perform chest and tricep dips, knee raises and inverted rows and it takes up less space than a couple small bar stools.

Good upper body workout

I've been using them for a year. Good quality, my brother and me use them every day.

With pushups and pull ups, all you upper body is covered.

Well i started using these about 2 months ago. and at first it didnt seem like they were doing anything. but as soon as i tried some normal pushups after using these. on the ground they feel like nothing. increased my max by like 20 in one month. so id say they work pretty good. i use them now with my feet proped up on my bed.

These handles serve the very purpose I bought them for. The are comfortable and lightweight. I don't disassemble them but they still fit together and take up very little space. I am not heavy so I can't comment on the strength but my wrists are much more comfortable and I can do a full range push-up without touching the ground which is why I bought them.

bottom line -- it gets the job done

This is a more efficient way to do push ups with excellent body positioning and form. The trick is to do pushups slowly -- not fast! It's not quantity, it's quality.

- Does not move if you do pushups on a rug
- Small and compact, easily storable

- One of the plastic ends came off but is easy re-attachable.

Suprisingly sturdy

I got these push up bars because I liked the price. Although they are made of plastic, they hold my weight (more than 200 lbs) and do not slide on the hard wood floor I use them on. Also the foam grips feel comfortable in my hands. Very pleased with my purchase.
