This is a great item in that you can plan events around the dates that you expect your period, if you are trying to become pregnant this is an easy way to plan that too! Would that you could plan for your body to follow the plan!!!

This Pregnancy wheel and ovulation calendar works very well. It looks just like the ones you might find in a doctor's office. It is very useful when trying/planning to conceive, and also in tracking your growing baby's development.

I bought this as a midwifery student - it is super handy to calculate and check client's due dates, as well as their current gestation. It gives a rough idea of fetal size-for-date which is always fun info to give the parent-to-be. Simple, really handy, durable & portable. I love it and use it every day.
